wait time was a little long in examining room before provider came in. No one checked on me during that time to explain why it was taking so long before I would see the Doctor. Unusual for Scott and White.

I had a very early appt, but waited a bit long to be seen in my opinion. The care provider was apologetic though.

the provider know that I CAN\'T see. he said the insurance won\'t pay to take care of my problem. He said that the health insurance in order to pay for cataract surgery I need to be some how blind. I can\'t wait to be blind for the fact that I live by myself and I drive. How they are going to wait for me to be blind instead of taking care of the problem. I can\'t see, read, watch TV, road signs, my eyes always are burning, I feel like I gave sand in my eyes, that is very uncomfortable for me, always have headaches, the glee of the light bothers me very bad. he had performed surgery to remove cataracts from my friend and neighbors and they never paid a cent. I don\'t understand why the insurance paid to correct their problem and they don\'t want to correct my problem. I went to his office with one of his patients that he corrected her vision and she didn\'t have to pay nothing. the nephew of this lady he perform his problem and he didn\'t have to pay nothing, what is the problem or what seems to be the problem that he did not want to fix my eyes. I really don\'t understand. This is not a comment is a complaint. He is a very nice person and I heard he is a very good surgeon so why he did not want correct my eyes. really.

I was referred by my ophthalmologist for a lesion on my RT eye lid. Dr. Tsay did a thorough exam after washing her hands. Explained the procedure needed, risks and post care. He answered all my questions. He conducted the entire visit showing sincere care for his patient.
