visit was for a routine check up for melanoma. I was not ask to remove my pants or shoes for inspection of my body. Dr. gave me a quick look over of my face and upper body and said the resident would take care of me and left.

It took me three months to get this appointment.. Then, I was very disappointed in this appointment from the time I arrived at 3:30. The wait time was very short (Which was good). Not sure who called me back to the room at 3:32. Didn\'t get time to go over the questions with the person that called me back.. When the door opened at 3:33 and the Doctor stepped in asking if I was ready? The first person left the room, doctor asked me to remove my shirt and glasses, looked over a few moles.. I had a concern about a cyst, she said that was another department, but didn\'t elaborate. She told me we were finished at 3:35 and we left the room.. I figured she was late for taking her kids to soccer practice.. I surely do not feel like I should have to pay a $45.00 co-pay for a Specialist that could not give me more than 3 minutes of her time and didn\'t have time to further address my concerns.. 1> Please inform me to which department I should try to get an appointment with about the cysts I have?? 2> Work harder at getting appointments for people when they call for one.. Really !! Three months wait for a 3 minute appointment..
