the assistant that was in the room before the actual doctor: stop cutting people off when they are speaking. It is very rude and disrespectful. To the doctor: please spend more than 5 mins in the room with your patient. I drove almost an hour to see you, only to have you wak in the room, tell me your name, tell me to come back in 3 months and then leave. Yes I understand you are very busy, but what was the point of my appointment?

office technology is dated. they were unable to download information from medical devices common to the treatment of the illness. Limited experience with the latest advances in the condition. the visit felt dated

she cared more about what test results and such were in the computer than even talking to me or listening to my concerns.

My appt time was at 9:20am. I got there at 9am tocheck in. At 9:30am i was still in the waiting room. I went to the receptionist to let her know. she told me I am supposed to wait 15mins after my appt time to let them know. I was supposed to be in a room by then. then around 9:40am I was called back. only saw the doctor for about 5mins. I am not happy at all with the wait time in the waiting room why have an appt when you can\'t be seen then.

She didn\'t understand why my primary referred me to her. All she did was go over my blood work and told me there was nothing wrong. Doesn\'t fix my problem. Was a waste of $50.

/she has examined me twice and performed a Biopsy on my Thyroid. everything was done professionally and nothing was left out in her explanation of what is happening or what would happen. Should be a victory, Nodules on my Thyroid have collapsed and shrunk, but the Doctor thought we needed another Biopsy, but I said ultra sound in a year.
