Kim was truly concerned about me and how I had been since I have seen her last year. She spent time with me, she listen to me and was very empathetic about what I have been going through. I feel like she cares for me not just as a number on the list to be seen but as an individual and my overall success in getting better. it is hard to express in words the depth of caring that I felt from Kim. it almost felt like I was one of her family members that she was very concerned about and that was a good feeling

I have had 2 appt with Nurse Benko. She is amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and ask necessary questions. I will continue to request Nurse Benko for any future appointments I may have.

I did not walk away with sufficient information or direction to know how to treat and monitor my condition. The information provided was the same that I obtained on the internet before the appointment - fairly generic. Staff was caring and courteous. But, overall, I am not sure why I bothered.

I like Kim. as a nurse I was very impressed on her caring, knowledge and time she spent with me. I work at TDDC in southlake and we have PAs like her so I was very pleased.
