Connect with a Wellness Advisor

Schedule a coaching session to build healthy self-care habits, design a personal program that fits your needs, gain accountability and support with a certified Wellness Advisor. With your free wellness coaching offer you can: meet with a certified wellness coach, get four free sessions valued at $300, set goals with your coach, gain motivation and get results!

Headspace Move

Headspace's new Move Mode was created to help members strengthen both their mind and their body, together. By combining the cognitive and the physical, Headspace is aiming to change peoples' attitudes toward fitness training by teaching them the mindful anchors of intention, breathing, timing, form, and recovery.

Meet with a Registered Dietician

To achieve your fitness goals, you need to care for your body with good nutrition. 

Get up to 26 preventive visits per year with a registered dietician for nutrition counseling for adults 21 years or older, and healthy diet and obesity counseling for children. Learn how to plan the best diet for weight and allergy management, improved sleep or just feeling better overall.

You must be enrolled in a BSW medical plan to participate. Call to schedule your first visit.
