Increase my joy in work

The pursuit of happiness is different for everyone, but a joyful work environment can support your physical health, your professional learning and development, as well as mental and emotional well-being. Striving for positive experiences at work can reinvigorate your career and help others do the same.

Express gratitude with EnCore

Expressing thanks has been shown to improve your mood and help increase optimism. People who regularly express gratitude for the positive aspects of life are shown to be happier overall, leading to lower rates of stress and depression. Take a few moments to reflect with an attitude of gratitude.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

At one time or another, we all need time away from work. Whether it is to ensure you take a break and recharge, or for a serious reason, we support your well-being.

There is no substitute for taking time away from work to rest, recharge and do something that brings you joy.

Peer Support

When the very individuals delivering care become the ones in need of support, trained colleagues are here for support. Trained colleagues—who may have experienced a similar situation and are trained in active listening and psychological first aid to walk alongside you with complete confidentiality.

Rejuvenate Retreat series
