The results of your Well-Being Assessment will connect you to custom resources to help you achieve your personal wellness goals.
Employees enrolled in a Baylor Scott & White medical plan should complete the Well-Being Assessment by Nov. 6, 2020, to avoid paying $40 per pay period on 2021 medical premiums.
Note: Employees must first link their MyBSWHealth account to their employee ID for the assessment to appear.
*Those newly enrolled in the medical plan as of Sept. 1, 2020, and after are not required to complete the 2021 Thrive requirements.
