Baylor Scott & White’s E-Visit service enables you to get an online diagnosis and treatment plan for common medical conditions. It’s a fast, affordable way to receive care. All of your personal data is encrypted, ensuring privacy. In some cases you may need an in-person visit to receive treatment.​​
How does it work?
E-visits clinicians are available 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., 7 days a week.
If you finish an interview after 8 p.m., you will receive a response by the next workday.
Online Process
Complete a short survey explaining a little about yourself and your symptoms. It takes about five minutes, depending on your condition.
Medical Response
You will receive your diagnosis and recommended treatment in an online response, ready within an hour everyday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Diagnosis and Treatment Plan
A care team member will review your answers, make a diagnosis and recommend treatment.
Any needed prescription orders will be sent immediately to your preferred pharmacy.

Conditions treated through an e-visit:

  • Cold, sinus infection or sore throat
  • Hay fever/allergies
  • Influenza (flu)
  • Influenza prevention
  • Bladder infection (UTI)
  • Vaginal yeast infection
  • Pinkeye (conjunctivitis)
  • Acne
  • Canker or cold sore
  • Constipation and/or diarrhea
  • Tobacco cessation
  • Who can get an e-visit?

    Central Texas patients between the ages of 2 and 65 who have had a qualifying visit—such as a primary care or annual wellness visit—with a Baylor Scott & White provider in the previous 12 months.

​​How do I pay for ​my e-visit?

​​​The cost for a Baylor Scott & White Health E-Visit is $40.

For SWHP subscribers*: Out-of-pocket cost is determined by the plan you selected
For non-SWHP subscribers: Self-pay by credit card

*Employed by BSWH Central Region, City of Killeen or City of Temple.​​
