Video Visits

Visit online with your doctor — face-to-face in real time

A faster, easier way to get care
If you or your loved one has a pre-existing condition, such as diabetes, asthma or heart disease, you know visits to the doctor are important in managing your condition.

A video visit puts you face-to-face with your doctor in real time. It’s a private video conference for specialized care. You can ask questions, give updates and point out any concerns just as you would in the doctor’s office—all in the comfort and convenience of your home, office or nearly anywhere as long as you have secure internet access and a web camera.
What is required to have a video visit?
A member of your Baylor Scott & White care team must initiate a video visit.

The visit is not for emergency situations, if you are experiencing a medical emergency you should call 911 or go to the closest emergency room.
Established Physician
You must have had an in-person visit with the physician conducting the video visit within the previous 12 months.
Physician Approval
Your physician has determined that you have a pre-existing condition that would allow for appropriate care via a video visit.
MyBSWHealth Account
You must have an active MyBSWHealth account. Not a member? Register now
Computer and Internet Connection
