ATMs

An automatic teller machine (ATM) is located on the first floor of Moncrief Tower (Building B).

Concierge and Information Desk

Concierge desks are located near the main entrance, in Martin Tower Atrium, in the Moncrief Tower (Building B) and at Andrews Women's Hospital main entrance. The information desk at Andrews Women's Hospital is staffed 24/7. Our staff can assist you with general information, maps and local eateries/hotel listings.

A Starbucks® is located along the Atrium corridor.

Gift Shop

Magnolia Boutique is a unique specialty shop offering a wide variety of baby gifts, candles, beautiful flowers and other incredibly stunning items. The boutique is located in the Martin Tower Atrium.

Visitors should check with the nurse before bringing patients food or drinks to ensure they are appropriate for the patient. In intensive care units, please check with nurses regarding any gifts.

Hours: Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Closed Sunday

Parking

Valet parking is available Monday through Friday for all patients, families and visitors at the main entrance that serves both Baylor Scott & White – Fort Worth and the Andrews Women’s Hospital. Please be sure to lock your car and do not leave valuables inside. Security escorts are available 24 hours a day; please call our Department of Public Safety.

Valet parking is available Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Self-parking is available at no cost 24/7.

Spiritual Care

There are two chapels on the Baylor Scott & White All Saints – Fort Worth campus and both are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for prayer and contemplation.

Chaplains are available during normal business hours Monday through Friday and for emergent concerns after hours and on weekends. Please ask your nurse to contact the Chaplain after normal business hours.

Visiting Hours

Family members and friends are welcome to visit. Visitation times for special care units (critical care units, emergency department, women’s services, rehab and behavioral health) are determined by each individual special care unit.

There is no visitation in the post anesthesia recovery unit or special procedure areas. A lounge is available on each patient floor, allowing family members to accept visitors and stay close without compromising the patient during their recovery.

  • Open visitation hours - 8:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Try to keep visits brief and to only two people at any given time.
  • Please have an adult accompany any children under 12 and do not leave them unattended.
  • Wash your hands before and after your visit so you don't spread germs to the patient.
  • If you have a cold, flu, or other contagious disease please wait until you are well for your visit.
  • Please be respectful of other patients and keep noise to a minimum.
  • If you want to bring food to a patient, please check with the nursing staff. Some diets are restricted.
  • Visitors may not smoke on campus.
  • Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments or when the doctor or nurse needs to see the patient.​​

MyBSWHealth is a online tool where you can communicate with your providers, schedule an appointment, access and manage your family’s health.

Insurance Accepted

Baylor Scott & White has established agreements with several types of insurances in an effort to make sure your health needs are covered.

To verify whether your insurance plan covers services rendered at Baylor Scott & White Health, contact your insurance provider directly by visiting your provider's website or calling the phone number listed on your insurance identification card.

Medical Records

You can request copies of your medical records by completing an Authorization for Release of Information form and returning to the facility at which you received care.

Prescription Refills

The Baylor Scott & White Pharmacy #102 is conveniently located on the 1st floor of Pavilion I.

Pregnancy and Childbirth

Ready to welcome a bundle of joy? Whether it's your first baby or your fifth, you can find the care to prepare you for a healthy pregnancy and childbirth.

Services include:

  • Women considered at risk for pregnancy-related complications sometimes require hospitalization. Our dedicated antepartum unit is designed to meet their needs by providing:
    • Best rest under the care of a specialty trained nursing staff
    • Advanced ultrasound and other equipment for monitoring fetal growth and wellbeing

Level III NICU

Premature of sick babies may require special care and attention until their systems have outgrown the need for medical support. Our 63-bed neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is designed to care for even the tiniest infants, some weighing less than two pounds, as well as those born with serious medical challenges.

It's one of the largest NICUs in North Texas, with a highly skilled team of neonatologists from our medical staff, neonatal nurse practitioners on our allied health professional staff, respiratory therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, chaplains and registered nurses working together 24/7.​

Gynecology

From the time of your first pelvic exam through your childbearing years and on beyond menopause, we support the health of your reproductive system with complex gynecologic care.

Pelvic Medicine​​​

Pelvic floor disorders, such as urinary incontinence or overactive bladder, can make life quite uncomfortable at times. You may skip activities you enjoy for fear of having an "accident". Pelvic floor dysfunction can not only affect your health and well-being, but also your quality of life.

We offer services to effectively address your urogynecologic issues, allowing you to regain your quality of life. Andrews Women's Hospital at Baylor Scott & White All Saints – Fort Worth has urogynecologists who have received specialty board certifications in female medicine pelvic and reconstructive surgery, which means extra training in the evaluation and treatment of women with complex disorders of the pelvic floor.

Gynecological Surgery

Women undergoing gynecological surgery at Andrews Women's Hospital receive specialized, 24-hour care in our innovative surgical and recovery suites.

Specialized care includes:

Female Cancers
