​​At Baylor Scott & White – Carrollton, we are committed to our patients and to the communities we serve. We offer a robust Volunteer Program in the hospital for members of the community and a Community Outreach Program which allows staff members to care beyond the hospital.

Community Outreach

At Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Carrollton​, not only do we serve our patients, but we also go beyond the walls of the hospital to make a difference in our community. Lending a hand to meet the needs of our community shows Baylor’s commitment to quality, compassionate care. Baylor provides opportunities for clinical and non-clinical employees to serve at health fairs in the community, at churches, at local businesses, and in the local schools.

Baylor Scott & White – Carrollton participates in a variety of community outreach events and offers a variety of screenings:

  • Blood pressure checks
  • Glucose assessments
  • Full lipid panel (cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides)
  • Body fat analysis
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • And more
