Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Centennial is committed to programs to help you manage your diabetes. We offer diabetes education services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Our diabetes and endocrinology services include:

Diabetes Support Group
Join our diabetes educator for a free diabetes support group to help those with diabetes manage the disease, understand warning signs, learn prevention measures, and discuss the latest topics in diabetes.
- Every other month on the second Wednesday, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Basement Education Room next to the cafeteria.
