An automatic teller machine (ATM) is located on the first floor of Moncrief Tower (Building B).

Concierge and Information Desk

Concierge desks are located near the main entrance, in Martin Tower Atrium, in the Moncrief Tower (Building B) and at Andrews Women's Hospital main entrance. The information desk at Andrews Women's Hospital is staffed 24/7. Our staff can assist you with general information, maps and local eateries/hotel listings.

Gift Shop

Magnolia Boutique is a unique specialty shop offering a wide variety of baby gifts, candles, beautiful flowers and other incredibly stunning items. The boutique is located in the Martin Tower Atrium.

Visitors should check with the nurse before bringing patients food or drinks to ensure they are appropriate for the patient. In intensive care units, please check with nurses regarding any gifts.

Parking

Valet parking is available Monday through Friday for all patients, families and visitors at the main entrance that serves both Baylor Scott & White – Fort Worth and the Andrews Women’s Hospital. Please be sure to lock your car and do not leave valuables inside. Security escorts are available 24 hours a day; please call our Department of Public Safety.

Valet parking is available Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Self-parking is available at no cost 24/7.

Spiritual Care

There are two chapels on the Baylor Scott & White All Saints – Fort Worth campus and both are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for prayer and contemplation.

Chaplains are available during normal business hours Monday through Friday and for emergent concerns after hours and on weekends. Please ask your nurse to contact the Chaplain after normal business hours.

Visiting Hours

Family members and friends are welcome to visit. Visitation times for special care units (critical care units, emergency department, women’s services, rehab and behavioral health) are determined by each individual special care unit.

There is no visitation in the post anesthesia recovery unit or special procedure areas. A lounge is available on each patient floor, allowing family members to accept visitors and stay close without compromising the patient during their recovery.

  • Open visitation hours - 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Try to keep visits brief and to only two people at any given time.
  • Please have an adult accompany any children under 12 and do not leave them unattended.
  • Wash your hands before and after your visit so you don't spread germs to the patient.
  • If you have a cold, flu, or other contagious disease please wait until you are well for your visit.
  • Please be respectful of other patients and keep noise to a minimum.
  • If you want to bring food to a patient, please check with the nursing staff. Some diets are restricted.
  • Visitors may not smoke on campus.
  • Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments or when the doctor or nurse needs to see the patient.​​

Insurance Accepted

Baylor Scott & White has established agreements with several types of insurances in an effort to make sure your health needs are covered.

To verify whether your insurance plan covers services rendered at Baylor Scott & White Health, contact your insurance provider directly by visiting your provider's website or calling the phone number listed on your insurance identification card.

Medical Records

You can request copies of your medical records by completing an Authorization for Release of Information form and returning to the facility at which you received care.

The Courtyard Pharmacy is located in the Professional Pavilion, First Floor.

Support Services

Onward! The Survivorship Journey Offering programs for current patients and cancer survivors designed to provide tools that may reduce tension, anxiety, anger or fatigue and promote a healthy overall well-being.

The Arts in Medicine program at the Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center is a unique offering to cancer patients and caregivers that introduces art therapy to the healing process in order to address and alleviate emotional distress, enhance physical health of the immune system, sensory system and pain levels, and instills feelings of empowerment, self-confidence and dignity. Art therapists are mental health professionals who hold a master’s degree in Art Therapy with specialized training in the therapeutic qualities of the art media and their clinical application.

Journaling: Come explore the ways words and the expressive arts come together. You will both write and use art materials to enhance the healing process. No experience necessary.

Yoga Classes: FREE yoga classes for cancer patients are being offered every first Friday of each month. Call the Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center at 817.922.2223 for instructions prior to attending classes.

Exercises classes: Classes are offered through FitSteps. For more information, call 817.922.2223.

Aromatherapy

A certified clinical aromatherapy nurse navigator can offer the use of essential oils targeting specific cancer treatment related symptoms to enhance well-being throughout the cancer journey.

Adolescent and Young Adult Cancers

Each year, almost 90,000 young people between the ages of 15-and-39 are diagnosed with cancer. AYA oncology is defined by the National Cancer Institute as cancer care or research focused on those diagnosed with cancer between the ages of 15 to 39 years old. This age group faces unique challenges when it comes to cancer treatment. Learn more about one of only two inpatient units in the country that is designed specifically to provided AYA cancer treatment options, give psychosocial support and address issues in a young adult’s cancer journey.

Lung cancer and Screening Program

People at an increased risk for lung cancer can utilize a new lung cancer screening program now offered at Baylor Scott & White All Saints - Fort Worth. A member of our clinical staff will be there through the process, from assisting with coordination of your screening to any follow-up appointments and/or referrals necessary.

People who are at high risk for lung cancer can take advantage of a new lung cancer screening program.

Surgical Oncology

Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center - Fort Worth has surgical oncologists on staff to meet your surgical needs. Our team of board-certified surgical oncologists are focused on finding, diagnosing and treating cancer through surgical intervention. Our state-of-the-art surgical techniques and equipment is focused on minimally invasive procedures. Typically, this type of treatment is combined with other options, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy and/or hormone therapy.

Testicular Cancer

The Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center at Baylor Scott & White located in Fort Worth, Texas offers advanced resources and comprehensive management for all urological cancers, including prostate, testicular, kidney and bladder cancers. Support Services

  • - Wellness orientation
    • - First Wednesday of the month, 6:00 p.m.
    • - We will help you understand the Survivorship program and provide you the survivor kit. Survivorship kid includes a water bottle, sponge ball, resistance band and more. Must be registered to receive the kit.

Art therapy: The Arts in Medicine program at the Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center is a unique offering to cancer patients and caregivers that introduces art therapy to the healing process in order to address and alleviate emotional distress, enhance physical health of the immune system, sensory system and pain levels, and instills feelings of empowerment, self-confidence and dignity. Art therapists are mental health professionals who hold a master’s degree in Art Therapy with specialized training in the therapeutic qualities of the art media and their clinical application.

  • - 2nd Wednesday Monthly. 4-6 p.m.
  • - Classes will include painting, printing, sculpture and other creative concepts to reduce stress in your life. No experience necessary.

Yoga: A variety of yoga poses will focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Every Tuesday 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Mat Pilates: Mat classes are designed based on the physical conditioning principles and techniques of Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates aims to improve posture and muscle tone, strengthen core muscles and lengthen and decompress the spine. Every Wednesday, 6:15-7:00 p.m.

The genetic counseling services offer specially trained genetic counselors and physicians specializing in medical genetics to help assess the likelihood of having an increased risk to develop certain types of cancer, heart disease or other conditions.
