Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation – Rowlett is located across the street from Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe, on the corner of Lakeview Pkwy and Scenic Dr. Our staff of licensed physical therapists specialize in orthopedic physical therapy. We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy for sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our individually tailored treatment plans will help you quickly return to your daily activities, work duties, and recreational pursuits.

Rehabilitation services
Occupational therapy
Occupational therapy treats patients with a variety of conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hands, fingers, muscle tension and pain, and vision.
Physical therapy
Physical therapy treats patients with a variety of joint and muscle issues including neck, back, shoulder hip, knee, and ankle pain, stiffness, and weakness. Our PT’s also treat a variety of neurological conditions including patients with Parkinson’s, following stroke, and with vestibular dysfunction (dizziness and balance issues).
Speech therapy
Speech therapy treats patients with a variety of speech and swallowing disorders including chronic cough. SLP also treats patients with memory and processing disorders.

Pay by mail
To ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account, detach the slip from your Baylor Scott & White billing statement and return the slip with your payment. If paying by check or money order, include your account number on the check or money order.
Please mail the payment to the address listed on your statement.

Pay by phone
Call 1.800.994.0371 to make a payment. Payments can be made over the phone with our automated phone payment system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All payments made via the automated phone payment system will post the next business day.
If you need to speak to someone about a Baylor Scott & White bill from our hospitals or clinics, our Customer Service department can take payments over the phone from Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
