Patient Financial Services will handle all patient billing questions or concerns. Staff members are ready to answer your questions and will work with you to ensure you have full access to our services.
Need help understanding your hospital billing statement? If your question is not answered in the billing guide, please contact us at 737.888.3104. Patient Account Representatives are available to answer questions regarding bills or other account concerns Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Food and Dining Options
Visitors may visit the Café for light meals or order food trays from the dietary department. Contact your nurse for assistance. There is also a large variety of food establishments that will deliver food to the main entrance of the hospital.

Baylor Scott & White Health is a teaching institution. On occasion, care may be provided by students because they are in an approved education program. A Baylor Scott & White staff member will always be involved in all aspects of care in addition to student care given.
An ATM is located in the lobby of the emergency department on the first floor.
