Comprehensive care for children, adolescents and adults is our game plan at the Baylor Scott & White Roney Bone and Joint Institute. Physicians on the medical staff who are specialists in sports medicine work with exercise physiologists and specially trained physical therapists to repair and rehabilitate all sports related injuries, from the simple to the complex:
- Shoulder and elbow pain (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff, fractures, ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction)
- Hand and wrist pain (carpal tunnel, arthritis)
- Hip pain
- Knee pain (ACL, MCL and LCL rears, tendonitis, worn meniscus)
- Ankle and foot pain
If surgery is recommended, many minimally invasive procedures are available to repair a wide variety of sports injuries.
