Prescription Refills

Baylor Scott & White The Shoulder Center at Baylor University Medical Center is pleased to serve our patients utilizing an electronic health record (EHR). Prescriptions may be filled electronically, or your pharmacy may fax requests for prescription refills to 972.817.7430.

On your first visit, we will begin a permanent record. Please bring any medications you are taking, so that we may accurately determine the dosage and frequency. We will ask you to complete a medical history and registration form.

Please bring your insurance card and try to arrive at least 30 minutes early for your first visit. If you have been under the care of another doctor, we may ask your permission to transfer some of your records.

Shoulder Care

Baylor Scott & White The Shoulder Center at Baylor University Medical Center offers patients advanced technologies in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of shoulder conditions and shoulder pain. We take a multidisciplinary approach to care in order to minimize pain and quickly restore function. Most surgeries, whether arthroscopic rotator cuff repair or full shoulder replacement surgery, require approximately 30-45 minutes (often less) of surgical time.
