Andi is married with four children. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, live music and experiencing new adventures with her family.

Andi Faldyn is one of my treasured health care providers. She is very knowledgeable, caring, professional, and attentive. She listens. She includes me in all decisions about my care. She has a holistic perspective and integrates exercise, vitamins and other aspects of integrative health practices into my care plan. She's TREMENDOUS!

I feel true care. For the first time on my headache/migraine path, I feel there is a solid plan for relief and this is comforting. I have 2 young girls and not being able to maximize my time with them is heartbreaking due to the pain from the headaches/migraines. I thank Andi for everything she does!

all the staff is always courteous kind and caring and Andi always takes her time listening to all I have to say. so I feel taken care of and leave feeling better with a plan of action
