He removed my staples with ease and got all of my questions answered.

He was pleasant and experienced. He answered most of my questions. Neither he or the Dr ( who stopped in) put on gloves. I really didn\'t appreciate that. Also the PA Jason did state up front that he has a tremor - I understood and I emphasize BUT I was having sutures removed- him coming toward my sutures heavily tremoring was not smart. He tried to cut them but had serious problems trying to remove them. I had him stop during the procedure due to pain. He finished but I wasn\'t happy.

Front desk check out girl was rude and acted as though I was an inconvience. PA was ok but lacked any real compassion since hadn\'t gotten mri approval I should not have seen him. I believe I will drive the extra miles and go to temple
