Dr. Havermann is courteous; and analyzes the health issue deeply before recommending the treatment plan. When I go for a consultation with Dr. Havermann, I get cured in a single visit. This has also created a placebo affect in a faster recovery. The office staff and nurse assistant well understand on the requests made and available to help when needed.

This is my 2nd visit w Dr Havemann due to the 1st positive experience. But NOT so much the 2nd time. I had the annual checkup on 01/07. And my gout disease flared up the day before, which caused extreme pain on my left foot. The parking lot was coincidentally full, I ended up parking far away. The journey of walking from there to the clinic office was absolutely painful on the crutch. I told Dr Havemann about my unpleasant walk and asked him for the handicap parking access. He raised his eyebrows as if why I need it, "this should go away in a few days!" I then told him, "my gout flares up 2nd time in 3 weeks. It might come back again!" He went on telling me about it should NOT come back if I maintain healthy diet, "gout is King's disease", etc.Well Dr Haveman, thanks for the lectures! Those r more of ur concerns rather than helping me even as small as providing the handicap parking access just for a week. I'm still having to go to work, groceries shopping, etc. as of today w unpleasant and painful long limping walk from any parking lots. Also, I asked him, "I've been researching gout online. Keep me honest, is it caused by my kidney not filtering the uric acid..." He interrupted, "Kidney has nothing to do w gout. Don't read too much information from the internet!" Very interesting! I was handed the Gout Instructions from the office clinic after my nightmare visit, 3rd paragraph on page 4:"Your kidneys do not remove enough uric acid from your blood."I'm speechless as what kind of Dr Havemann is all about!!!
