I was told the wait time to see a doctor would be 45 minutes. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 40 minutes in the exam room to see a doctor. The doctor did not really seem to care about me as a patient or individual. This was an exhausting doctor visit.

I came in for flu symptoms, which were immediately addressed, but while I was there the physician asked if I needed anything else, which I did. I needed a psych referral for a doctor I\'d been trying to get into for months. The physician took the time to ask me how I was feeling and related to me on a personal level explaining his own experiences with mental illness. He gave me the referral for the Psychiatrist but also gave me comfort and understanding. He really went above and beyond his job and I thank him for that.

Dr.Wilks has a personal problem over all. he shows very lack of concern for my problem . He lacked also bedside mannerism. he rushed the entire visit. I became very displeased with him and will not be visiting him again

My Husband and I both was amazed with Dr.kenneth Wilks and his staff.For the first time in 20 years my Husband said he would return to this Dr. for his care.Dr.Wilks explained my Husband medical condition to him and he didn\'t talk down to him .My Husband was Blessed to get Dr.Wilks.God knew I needed help.And he liked the fact he was very knowledgeable, and talked to him with concerns.
