Skull Base Tumors

About skull base tumors

Tumors of the skull base can occur within various anatomic sites. If brain tumor symptoms are present, like pain at the base of the skull, you will receive a neurological exam to check vision, hearing, balance, coordination and reflexes.

The most common types of skull base tumors are squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma.
