Athletes Made Here. The Sports Performance Center was developed with one goal in mind: to maximize human performance through movement and recovery. Our team of expert Performance sports coaches and trainers will guide you to achieve your performance goals.

Academy - Introduction into Sports Performance

Ages 12-15

The SPC’s primary goal for our Academy program is to begin the physical development process for youth athletes.  This program focuses on preparing the athlete by teaching the fundamental movements associated with improving performance and athleticism. 

These training methods will build a solid foundation for the athlete to take on more complex training as they continue to physically mature.

Our Academy Package:

Our performance staff will establish baseline data related to the athlete’s movement efficiency, speed, agility, power and strength, identify any unresolved injuries or pain before beginning the structured program.

Goal: The SPC performance training program will ultimately enhance the athlete’s strength, power, speed, agility, work capacity, movement efficiency, balance and coordination.

Recovery Included

  • Performance plan

  • Develop proficiency in the foundational exercises
  • Learn proper exercise techniques and weight room safety

Premier - Advanced Sports Performance

Ages 15-18

The SPC’s primary goal for our Premier program is to advance the athlete into more complex training to prepare for higher levels of competition.  This program focuses on increasing quality of movement, optimizing performance, and enhancing recovery. 

Athletes will begin performance at a high-end level with aspirations of playing beyond high school.

Adult – Sports Performance

Ages 18 and Up

The SPC’s Adult program is designed for adult athletes of all levels of activity.  This program helps adults reach their individual goals, regardless of experience or current fitness level.

Elite – Sports Performance

The Sports Performance Center’s performance staff (make performance staff clickable – takes them to the performance staff tab.) has over 30 years of combined experience in working at the professional level with NFL, NBA, and MLB athletes.

Professional athletes will have access to off-season, advanced testing protocol to guide the elite training programs based on their sport.

Looking for in-season recovery?  The SPC offers Revive and Recover to mentally and physically prepare for your next big game.

We offer a recovery program with every training. Building recovery time into training is essential to optimizing performance.  Hard work and recovery are equally important to sustain the training necessary for any sport.

Using innovative technology and techniques, we ensure athletes will recover properly in order to be at their best.
