MOVE. PERFORM. RECOVER. The Sports Performance Center was developed with one goal in mind: to maximize human performance through movement and recovery. Our team of expert Performance sports coaches and trainers will guide you to achieve your performance goals.

Ages 8-11 Group Training

Youth Development

These programs center on developing the youth athlete to acquire sound overall movement patterns. These patterns will consist of foundational movements that will lead to improved initial coordination and future ability to progress quickly once weight training and advanced speed is initiated. Educational information will be coached each session by our highly experienced staff.

Evaluation Process

  • Establishes baseline data related to your movement efficiency, speed, agility, power and strength
  • Identifies any unresolved injuries or pain before beginning the structured program
  • Places you in the proper developmental program

Performance Plan

  • Sessions will emphasize the ABC’s of early athlete development: Agility, Balance and Coordination
  • Sessions will be taught in a positive, fun environment
  • Develop proficiency in the basic human movement patterns and learn weight room safety

To enhance confidence, movement efficiency, balance and coordination

Package and Pricing, Small Group Performance: Ages 8-11 Youth Development (60-minute session and max 1:4 trainer/athlete ratio)

Includes athlete evaluation and testing reports (pre-training/post-training), improving general strength, coordination, speed agility and quickness, and recovery.
10 sessions: $375 ($37.50 per session)

Ages 12-15 Group Training

High School Prep

Introduction to Sports Performance Training

Middle and high school athletes learn the foundation of the Move-Perform-Recover model as their bodies mature and develop. We tailor our services to your athlete’s needs.

Our programs center on neuromuscular control and proper biomechanical movement to prepare young athletes for the demands of their sport and/or goals.

Evaluation Process

  • Establishes baseline data related to your movement efficiency, speed, agility, power and strength
  • Identifies any unresolved injuries or pain before beginning the structured program
  • Places you in the proper developmental program

Performance Plan

  • Small group or one-on-one training
  • Introduction to sports performance training
  • Develop proficiency in the foundational exercises
  • Learn proper exercise techniques and weight room safety

To enhance strength, power, speed, agility, work capacity, movement efficiency, balance and coordination

Packages and Pricing, Small Group Performance: Ages 12-15 High School Prep (90-minute session and max 1:8 trainer/athlete ratio) 
Includes athlete evaluation and testing reports (pre training/post training), enhanced work capacity and athleticism, strength and power development, speed agility and quickness, and recovery.

10 sessions: $465 ($46.50 per session)

College Prep

Advanced Sports Performance Training

Our college prep programs help students maximize their time away from school by increasing quality of movement, optimizing performance and enhancing recovery.

Evaluation Process

  • Establishes baseline data related to your movement efficiency, speed, agility, power and strength
  • Identifies any unresolved injuries or pain before we begin prescribing exercises
  • Places you in the proper developmental program

Performance Plan

  • Small group training
  • Continued development of proficiency in the foundational exercises and advanced progressions
  • Introduction to advanced sports performance movements in the weight room and in speed development
  • Advanced testing reports

To enhance strength, power, speed, agility, work capacity, movement efficiency, balance and coordination
