Life-changing skills on Headspace

Headspace is a a meditation app made simple, and available to all BSW employees and their family members at no cost.

Get guided meditations, courses and mindfulness exercises on subjects like stress, general anxiety, worry, building resilience and more topics for any moment.

Behavioral Health eVisit

Log in to your MyBSWHealth account, and from the "Get Care" tile select eVisit > Start Visit > Depression/Anxiety.

BSW providers are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will usually respond to your request within two hours.

Note: Available for employees and dependents (age 18+) enrolled in a BSW medical plan.

Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Cigna offers no-cost confidential support on a variety of emotional health topics. Includes five free counseling sessions per issue in-person or via TalkSpace, a platform to connect with licensed therapists online.

Headspace

Get Headspace at no cost, from BSWH. Access 1000+ hours of mindfulness and sleep content and mini exercises for busy schedules.

Peer Support

The Peer Support team provides empathetic, peer-to-peer guidance. Call from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily to schedule your free session.

Recovery Support for Addiction

Employees and family members have access to free, confidential and unlimited support through the Enterhealth Connect portal.

Spiritual Support from Mission and Ministry

BSW Chaplains support and encourage those whose lives have been disrupted by illness, injuries and the stresses of life. 7 a.m. - 7p.m. Monday through Friday.

Lyra

Find the best care for your mental health through Lyra, a digital platform that helps you build a personalized plan for your care. Whether it's meeting with a specialized provider or engaging in a library of research-based resources that can support you in building new skills, Lyra can help you start feeling better.

First, create your account, then use the online platform or contact the Lyra team directly to describe what you're going through. You can get started right away.

  • Facing depression
