Behavioral Health eVisit

If you are experiencing anxiety, alcohol or drug dependency, depression, difficulty coping or high-levels of stress, a behavioral health eVisit may help. 

Log in to your MyBSWHealth account, and from the "Get Care" tile select eVisit > Start Visit > Depression/Anxiety. 

BSW providers are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will usually respond to your request within two hours.

Note: Available for employees and dependents (age 18+) enrolled in a BSW medical plan. eVisits are not intended for behavioral health emergencies. If you need immediate assistance, dial 911 or the Crisis Hotline at 988. Additionally, behavioral health eVisits do not support prescriptions or medication refills.

Lyra

Whether you are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed, support from Lyra through BSW can help you access a diverse network of providers—and receive care that is tailored to your specific needs.

Get started by logging into Lyra and creating a free account. There you can:

  • Complete a brief questionnaire to receive personalized care recommendations.
  • Review coaches and therapists matched to your needs.
  • Book an in-person or video appointment as early as the next day, or tap into self-care apps right away.
  • Start feeling better in just a few sessions.

Lyra's Care Navigator Team is available 24/7 via live chat on their website or by calling (877) 671-1643

Note: Available for employees and dependents (age 2+) enrolled in a BSW medical plan. Lyra is not intended for behavioral health emergencies. If you need immediate assistance, dial 911 or call the Crisis Hotline at 988.

Sessions are covered as in-network outpatient mental health visits with applicable copay. Refer to your plan documents for details.

Collaborative Care

Collaborative Care is a patient-centered, team-based behavioral health treatment program, where the primary care provider (PCP) remains central to your treatment.

With Collaborative Care, you will receive support from a dedicated Care Manager who provides high-touch, first line therapeutic support, and a psychiatrist who provides consultative support to your PCP. 

This program is:

  • Available through your BSWH primary care provider
  • Reimbursed by all insurance companies
  • Offered to adult, adolescent, and pediatric (six-years-old and older) patients
  • Completely virtual
  • Offered through all BSW primary care clinics

Collaborative Care is not for patients in crisis.

Headspace

Available to all BSW employees and family members at no cost

Headspace is meditation made simple. The app teaches you life-changing skills of meditation and mindfulness in just a few minutes a day.

Even better, BSW is providing employees and up to two family members (age 18+) free access to paid content!

Normally a $70/year subscription, employees can access all the premium features by creating a Headspace for Work account following the steps below.

When the professionals delivering care become the ones in need of support, the Peer Support team provides empathetic, peer-to-peer guidance. Meet with a trained colleague who can help you manage a difficult situation, including:

Recovery Support for Addiction

We've partnered with Enterhealth to offer eligible employees and family members free, unlimited access to support and the opportunity for better addiction recovery.

The Enterhealth Connect portal delivers Advanced Recovery Support learning modules. It's free, confidential and available 24/7 to all employees and their families. It's a real solution to this real problem.

Log in to access the self-assessments, helpful insights and self-help information about alcohol, drug and nicotine addiction, misuse and abuse. Follow the steps below to begin:
