Enroll in the maternity case management program
The Expecting the Best maternity case management program is available to all expecting moms enrolled in a BSW medical plan. Travel the journey of expectant motherhood with experts who can give you information, resources and support every step of the way.
To enroll:

If you’re enrolled in a BSW medical plan and planning to breastfeed your child, you can get a free breast pump as early as your third trimester and up until one year postpartum. Contact the Scott and White Health Plan for more information.
-
Learn about infertility coverage
We understand that the path to parenthood isn’t the same for everyone, and often times, it isn’t easy. That’s why we offer support to employees experiencing infertility. BSW offers coverage for some infertility expenses through our medical plans. Contact the Scott and White Health Plan for questions about this coverage.
You can also get support through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
-
Explore adoption assistance
You can get reimbursed up to $4,000 for adoption costs if you adopt a child under the age of 18 who’s not biologically related to you. Learn more about adoption assistance to find out if you are eligible.

Note: If you add new dependents to the plan, you will be required to verify their eligibility. If eligibility is not verified within 60 days, coverage for the applicable dependent will be discontinued. Be on the lookout for a mailed packet from Alight to your home address on record.
-
Explore labor and delivery resources
If you are welcoming a child by birth, BSW labor and delivery specialists are here to keep you and your family safe, joyful and in the moment. Explore the resources available to you every moment of the way, including pregnancy and childbirth classes for new expecting parents.
