Plan details

Accidental injury insurance can provide extra financial support after a covered injury. Benefits are paid directly to you, and you can use the money for whatever you need, from medical expenses to household bills, transportation or other everyday costs.

How it works

  • Enroll in either the high plan or low plan.
  • If you or a covered family member experiences a covered accident, seek the care you need.
  • Receive cash benefits for eligible accident-related services and treatments, including:
    • Emergency room visits
    • Hospital admissions and stays
    • Surgery and follow-up care
    • Physical therapy
    • Fractures, dislocations, burns and concussions
  • File a claim with Aetna for covered expenses.
  • Benefits are paid directly to you and can be used however you choose, including medical bills, deductibles, household expenses or everyday costs.
