Behavioral Health eVisit

Convenient support from anywhere

If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, high stress, difficulty coping or concerns related to alcohol or substance use, a Behavioral Health eVisit may be able to help.

How it works:

  • Log in to MyBSWHealth
  • Select Get Care > eVisit > Start Visit > Depression/Anxiety
  • BSW providers are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Most requests receive a response within two hours

Important: Available to employees and covered dependents ages 18+ enrolled in a BSW medical plan. For emergencies, call 911 or 988.

Just A.S.K.

Suicide prevention resources

Recognizing warning signs and knowing how to respond can make a difference. The BSW Just A.S.K. program provides guidance and resources to help support someone who may be struggling.

A.S.K stands for:

  • Approach
  • Stay connected
  • Keep them safe

Call or Text 988 for immediate crisis support.

Meditation and sleep support

Free access to headspace

All Baylor Scott & White employees and up to five adult family members (age 18+) can access Headspace Premium at no cost.

Headspace offers guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, sleep support, focus tools and stress-management resources to help you care for your mental well-being every day.

Peer support

When the professionals delivering care become the ones in need of support, the Peer Support team provides empathetic, peer-to-peer guidance. Meet with a trained colleague who can help you manage a difficult situation, including:

  • Unexpected patient outcomes
  • Traumatic patient outcomes
  • Difficult disclosures
