How it works
- Choose an in-network EyeMed provider to receive the highest level of benefits.
- Pay a $10 copay for your annual comprehensive eye exam.
- Use your annual eyewear benefit for glasses or contact lenses.
- Access your benefits, digital ID card, participating providers and discounts through EyeMed.com or the EyeMed Members app.
- Take advantage of additional savings on laser vision correction through participating providers.
