Purchasing Power eligibility: Team members with at least one year of service and a minimum annual salary of $16,000.

How it works

  1. Visit the Discount Marketplace
  2. Sign in or create an account using your:
    • BSW email address
    • Date of birth
    • Nine-digit Employee Number (found on the back of your paycheck)
  3. Browse discounts and offers from participating brands and service providers.
  4. Redeem deals directly through the marketplace.

Note: You must receive your first BSW paycheck before you can register for BenefitHub.

Employees 1st Emergency Assistance Fund

The Employees 1st Emergency Assistance Fund provides financial assistance to eligible team members experiencing hardship due to a natural disaster, serious illness or injury, death, or other catastrophic circumstances beyond their control. The fund is supported through charitable donations from team members and community donors.

How it works

  • Eligible team members can apply for financial assistance following a qualifying hardship event.
  • The qualifying event must have occurred within the last 90 days and after the team member's hire date.
  • Applications are submitted through BSWHelpHub and may require supporting documentation, such as bills, reports or other records.
  • Assistance is available for qualifying situations that impact the ability to pay for basic living needs.

  • Available to eligible full-time, part-time, and PRN team members.
  • May also cover qualifying situations involving a spouse or dependent child up to age 26.
