What to do
Within your first 31 days of benefits eligibility
As a new hire, you become eligible for benefits on your first day of work. You have 31 days from your date of hire (or date you become benefits eligible) to enroll. Once you enroll, coverage begins right away. Unless you have a qualified life event, you won’t be able to make coverage changes after your initial enrollment period until the next annual enrollment. So use this time wisely to compare plans, decide who to cover and get the best benefits for you!
