How it works
The Accidental Injury plan pays you lump-sum cash benefits for covered accidents and treatments—including follow-up care, medical imaging, X-rays, dislocations, fractures, physical therapy and more. Use the money to help pay medical bills or everyday living expenses like groceries or rent. The choice is yours.

Wellness benefit
Bonus: The plan pays a $50* annual wellness benefits when a covered health screening is performed (annual checkup, colonoscopy, mammogram, etc).
*Per plan per covered individual each year.
Pay period rates
Pay period rates are deducted from your paycheck after taxes. Choose between the high or low plan for your coverage needs.

To register you account, choose the “Social Security number” option or use your Aetna number found in your welcome letter.
Submit a claim
Filing a claim is easy! Log on to the app or member portal and click on “Report New Claim”, answer a few quick questions, and upload or take a picture of your medical bill. You can also print and mail a paper claim form to Aetna Voluntary Plans.
