Meredith Alexandra Mccune, PA

Meredith McCune, DMSc, MPAS, PA-C,  is a board-certified physician assistant and doctor of medical science, specializing in family medicine and primary care. Her professional interests include public health and specialized population patient advocacy.


Meredith believes in a person-centered approach to provide individualized medical care for her patients of all ages through effective communication, mutual respect and prioritization of patient values. She is committed to establishing reputable relationships with colleagues and patients.

Meredith is a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. She has also conducted research for several articles including “The Impact of Coronavirus-19 on the Mental Health of Healthcare Workers from 2020 to 2022,” “Exploring the Growth of Sexual Activity and Spread of Sexually Transmitted Infections Among Adolescents” and “An Investigation into Initiating a Career in Physician Assistant Education.”

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with family, including her partner Chase and their two rescued geriatric Yorkshire Terriers, Sampson and Dillon. She also likes attending church, eating at Olive Garden, listening to Taylor Swift, practicing piano and watching football (and beating her brothers in their family Fantasy Football League!).
