Psychiatry

Find support from psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, who work with both children and adults to make a diagnosis and manage your medications. 

Therapy

You’ll have access  to empathetic 1:1, couples and group therapy to deal with difficult emotions, situations and past trauma, and develop healthy methods of coping.

Advanced treatments

Through Geode Health’s local offices, you can find advanced treatment options, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and esketamine.

Insurance and payment

Getting care shouldn’t add stress to your life. With flexible options to fit your budget, we make insurance and payment simple and transparent:

  • We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare.
  • Self-pay options are available if you don’t have insurance coverage. Those with commercial insurance can also choose to pay directly.
  • HSA and FSA funds can be used for our services, as well as Medicare.

Step 2: Get matched with a provider

We’ll connect you with a licensed prescriber or therapist who fits your needs. If at any time the match doesn’t feel right, you can request to switch providers.

Step 3: Begin care your way

Choose how you want to meet: in-person, virtual or a mix of both.




Step 4: Continue with ongoing support

Your care doesn’t stop after your first visit. With regular check-ins, flexible scheduling and access to advanced treatment options if needed, we’re here to support your journey.

    We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. Self-pay options are available if you don’t have insurance coverage. Those with commercial insurance can also choose to pay directly. You can also use HSA or FSA funds.    

  • Can I choose virtual or in-person care?

    Yes, we offer both virtual and in-person care options, so you can choose the best fit for your schedule. You can also opt for a combination of the two.

  • How quickly can I start?

    Same-week appointments are often available, both in-person and virtual. After you verify insurance and choose the type of care you’d like to receive, you can schedule your appointment.  

  • What if I don't connect with my provider?

    You can pick your provider based on their specific preferences, location, specialties and availability. Finding the right provider is key to successful care. If at any time you feel your provider isn’t the right fit, you can request a change—no questions asked. We’ll help match you with someone who better meets your needs. 

  • Are providers licensed?

    Yes, all our providers are fully licensed professionals, trained and qualified to deliver safe, compassionate behavioral healthcare.

  • Is virtual care secure?

    Yes, our virtual care platform is secure, so you can rest assured that your information remains confidential.
