Biography


Lauren earned her degree from Capella University in 2019, she brings experience from diverse clinical settings, including private practice, community mental health, and intensive outpatient programs.

Lauren’s approach is collaborative, affirming, ... and evidence-based, grounded in a deep respect for each client’s unique story. She strives to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and patterns impacting their emotional and relational well-being.

Lauren enjoys being a resident of Marble Falls with her fiancé, two teenage children and their golden retriever. In Lauren’s free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time on the water.
