Biography
Amy Hajek, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. She is passionate about listening to her patients of all ages to try to understand their needs so she can help them to the best of her abilities. Amy believes in making a difference in each patient’s life, no matter how big or small, as well as continuing to learn in her profession. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and doing outdoor activities.
