She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the National ... Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She started her nursing career in Chattanooga, in a pediatric inpatient unit, eventually deciding to become a travel nurse. Her background as an RN is in the pediatric ICU, outpatient and inpatient pediatric hematology and oncology and inpatient general pediatrics.
