Dr. Talana Weber, DNP, FNP-C, CDCES, BC-ADM, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in acute and chronic care management. Dr. Weber holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She completed her undergraduate studies, at Texas A & M University in Corpus Christi with Magna Cum Laude distinction. She has been recognized with Sigma Theta Tau honors from both the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and Texas A & M University - Corpus Christi.

Her additional credentials as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and Board Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) highlight her expertise and dedication to diabetes care.


Born and raised in Central Texas, Dr. Weber is deeply committed to serving her community with high-quality, compassionate healthcare.
