Biography

Angie Morton, PA-C was headed for a research position at MD Anderson when she was first introduced to the idea of becoming a physician assistant. She was attracted to the field because it offers a direct, positive patient impact. Angie enjoys connecting with her patients and getting to know more about their lives and interests so that she may provide the best care possible.  She understands the importance of practicing both evidence-based medicine and treating the individual.

Angie loves the flexibility of being a physician assistant which allows her to spend more time with her family and volunteering.  She currently serves as the PTA President of her daughters’ elementary school and leads both of their Girl Scout troops. When Angie isn’t working or volunteering, she loves cheering on the Longhorns, snuggling her two pups, and traveling with her family.
