Enayet Neak, M.D. is a board certified family medicine physician, fellowship trained in primary care sports medicine. He is certified by The American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and treats patients for all non-operative orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. He is also a certified concussion specialist (ImPACT).
He completed his residency training in Syracuse, New York. During residency, he was involved in treating student-athletes from local high schools, Syracuse University, and the New York Met’s MiLB affiliate, Syracuse Chiefs, as well as sideline sports coverage.
After residency, he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) where he helped care for athletes at the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, and mass events like the Pittsburgh Marathon. As a sports medicine physician, Dr. Neak is interested in treating athletes and non-athletes with acute and chronic injuries or musculoskeletal pain. His other interests include running medicine, team sideline coverage, musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnostics, concussion management, and ultrasound-guided procedures including corticosteroid and hyaluronic acid injections.
Dr. Neak is originally from Mansfield, Texas and he and his wife relocated back to the DFW area September 2019 and joined the Riverside office.Since moving back to DFW, Dr. Neak has become the Team Physician for Newman International Academy in Arlington, TX. He routinely takes care of athletes from UT-Arlington and the Lone Star Brahmas junior hockey club, and also currently serves as team physician for UT-Arlington and Newman Academy High School.
