Franklin Chang, MD

Dr. Franklin Chang began his career with Baylor Scott & White Health in 1995 as a resident physician in Family Medicine.  In 1998, he joined the medical staff of Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Taylor.  Over the next two and a half decades, he held positions within Baylor Scott & White including medical director of the Taylor clinic, regional medical director and chief of primary care in Round Rock.  He has also served on the hospital boards of Baylor Scott & White in Taylor and Round Rock, serving as hospital board chairman for both boards for five years.  His accolades include recognition as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for years 2017-2023, as well as being named a Texas Top Doc from 2018-2023 and a Top Doc for 2020 by Austin Monthly magazine.  Outside of work, Dr. Chang stays active with his Christian faith, spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling and exercising.
