Biography
Dr. Jonathan Friedman treats patients with both brain and spine diseases. Dr. Friedman trained at the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester MN. He then joined the faculty at Dartmouth Medical School in New Hampshire, where he specialized in cerebrovascular and skull base surgery, and was co-director of the stroke program. At the Texas Brain and Spine Institute, Dr. Friedman continues to specialize in complex brain surgery, as well as performing the full spectrum of spine surgery. Dr. Friedman is active in research and collaborates with other faculty of the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in ongoing research studies. Dr. Friedman is active in national neurosurgical organizations, and lectures regularly at national neurosurgical meetings.
