Joshua Charles Kilpatrick, MD

Dr. Joshua Kilpatrick is a board-certified physician, specializing in family medicine, with a subspecialty in primary care sports medicine. His professional interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound, non-surgical orthopedics and diabetes management.

Dr. Kilpatrick is passionate about practicing medicine in a way that helps his patients of all ages feel confident and relaxed while receiving care. He believes in educating patients about their medical conditions so that they can make a difference in their own lives.


Dr. Kilpatrick was a team physician and involved in medical coverage for all Wake Forest University sports, as well as local high school football teams. Additionally, he was a team physician for the Winston-Salem Dash, a local minor league baseball affiliate of the Chicago White Sox.

Dr. Kilpatrick is a proud member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Kilpatrick enjoys spending time with family, watching his children play sports and doing outdoor activities, such as hunting, fishing and hiking.
