Kelly Michael Ramsey, MD

Kelly Ramsey, MD, is board-certified in family medicine and treats Central Texans at Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Hempstead.   He provides comprehensive healthcare for all ages.  He treats a broad range of chronic conditions as well as providing well child visits, well physicals, gynecologic care, treatment for acute illness, and weight management.   Those who see him can expect a welcoming, home-like environment with compassionate care.


In addition to his board certification as a Family Medicine physician, Dr. Ramsey also is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.   He is passionate about empowering others to lose weight and live as healthy as possible with an emphasis on lifestyle-based treatments.

He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

He is skilled at a variety of office procedures including dermatological procedures, IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal, and laceration repair.

In his free time, Dr. Ramsey enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading and spending time with his wife.
