Nishi Kumar, MD

Nishi Kumar, MD – specializes in internal medicine with special emphasis on preventive medicine, patient education and women’s health. Dr. Kumar enjoys treating and helping patients manage the whole gamut of medical problems including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma and chronic lung disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, vascular problems, infectious diseases and other chronic diseases. 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading a wide spectrum of books, and listening to classical music, jazz and blues. She enjoys hiking, running and crosstraining and traveling. But most of all, she enjoys spending time with family and cooking for them.
