Biography

I take a warm, reflective, and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are in their life journey. I provide a supportive space to process stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions while building insight, resilience, coping skills, and confidence at a pace that feels meaningful and supportive to you.

Why I Became A Therapist:

I became a therapist because, growing up, I learned that life’s challenges can come in many different forms and affect everyone differently. I know how powerful it is to feel truly heard and supported during difficult times. My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges.

What can clients expect in their first interaction with me?

Our first session is a supportive space where we’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and history at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What’s my role in our work together?

My role as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood and to walk with you through thoughts, emotions and goals.

What do I want clients to take away from working with me?

I want clients to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered with insight, coping skills, and confidence to grow beyond therapy.

What’s something I wish more people knew about therapy?

I wish more people understood therapy is a gift we give ourselves space for healing, growth, and self-understanding.
