Matthew Blake Freeman, MD

Dr. Blake Freeman is a double board-certified neurologist with expertise in providing patient-centered, evidence-based care across a wide range of neurological conditions. His practice is focused on hospital-based acute neurology, complemented by fellowship training in epilepsy.  He is committed to advancing the field of neurology through clinical practice and medical education.


Outside of his professional work, Dr. Freeman enjoys spending time with his family, staying active through fitness and outdoor activities, and traveling to explore new places and experiences.
