Natalie Romito, RDN, NBC-HWC is committed to helping clients by uncovering motivations for change and building a clear vision of what they want for their long-term health. She empowers her clients to take control of their personal health and well-being by developing an individualized plan to adjust nutrition, movement, mindset, and sleep to support the health goals. She is passionate about helping people navigate how to implement changes to support their health and believes the power to change is within all of us. In her free time, she loves movement outdoors - hiking, trail running, and walking with her kids and dogs - especially near a creek or river!
