Our Team

Jeff Fish, VP of Athlete Healthcare for Baylor Scott and White Sports Performance Center, has over 25 years of experience as a Performance Director and Strength and Conditioning Coach in professional and collegiate sports.

Most recently, Jeff was with the Phoenix Suns as Director of Performance and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Prior to that he worked for the Atlanta Falcons, the Oakland Raiders and the Kansas City Chiefs. Fish has also held positions with several Division I collegiate programs, including the University of Missouri, the University of Tulsa, Kent State University and Clemson University.

A graduate of Western Carolina University, Fish also holds a Master’s in Physical Education and Exercise Science from Western Michigan University where he was a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa). He is also a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and licensed massage therapist (LMT).

Matt Schiotz joined Baylor Scott & White Sports Performance Team with over 20 years of combined NFL and Collegiate Strength and Conditioning experience.

Schiotz has experience in the coaching profession with the Kansas City Chiefs, a graduate assistant coach at the University of Kansas, the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Southern California, and the Strength and Conditioning positions with the Washington Redskins, San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins and the Houston Texans.

A native of Wisconsin, Schiotz earned his degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and his Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kansas.  Schiotz is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  He is also a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Henry Aleck was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Philadelphia Phillies. Aleck has developed athletes from the high school level to elite collegiate level at the University of Texas and UCLA. He earned a bachelors of science in strategic communication and health/fitness from TCU, as well as a master of science in applied exercise science from Concordia University Chicago. Aleck is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  He is also a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Oliver Houston is a graduate of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a bachelor of science in exercise physiology. Houston has worked with both the Dallas Mavericks and Texas Tech University.  He is a former two-sport college athlete. Houston is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). 

Justin Haser worked with the football team at the University of Pittsburgh, serving as the Graduate Assistant Strength Coach, while earning his Masters in Wellness and Human Performance. Haser assisted the strength staff at his alma mater, working with Ohio’s football and wrestling programs. Haser earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Ohio. Haser is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Certified by United States Weightlifting (USAW).

Michael Oviedo is the Director of Performance Healthcare, using the Fusionetics platform to assess and train clients.  Mike has over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer for celebrities and professional athletes while allowing him to staying current in manual therapy, strength and conditioning and nutrition.

Oviedo traveled around the United States as a master instructor for Apex Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness.  Eventually, he started his own training company utilizing the Fusionetics platform to enhance his existing clients’ programs.  Two years after forming his company, Michael was given the opportunity to work with Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers. During the 2015-16 NBA season, he became Bryant’s exclusive practitioner, traveling with him on his farewell tour. 

Oviedo has a bachelor’s degree in physical education, athletic training from Cal State University Long Beach, as well as a master’s degree in exercise science from California University Pennsylvania. He is a certified massage therapist in both California and Texas. He is also a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
